Salary: £25-28,000 (dependant on experience)
Ideal candidate would also speak either French and/or German.
Hybrid working: 3-days in the Uxbridge office per week (2-days from home is available)

Position Overview: As a EMEA Recruitment Coordinator at Encore, you will provide crucial talent administrative support to our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager & team, along with other key stakeholders within and beyond the organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include managing recruitment-related tasks in a high-volume environment and leading new hires through the hiring process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Administration Support:
- Foster strong communication across all levels of Encore and with third-party vendors.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team, new hires, hiring managers, and third-party vendors across the EMEA region.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Handle sensitive proprietary information with discretion and integrity.
Pre-Employment Administration:
- Efficiently manage the offer letter process.
- Oversee pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with Encore standards.
- Maintain proactive communication with third-party vendors to ensure successful collaborations.
Onboarding Support:
- Serve as the go-to expert for our Onboarding and HRIS systems.
- Initiate and manage the onboarding process, addressing any queries and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ATS, HRIS, Onboarding systems, and Microsoft Office.
Job Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would be able to speak French and/or German.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
