Position Overview
Responsible for the distribution and receiving of event technology equipment. Efficiently works both independently and as part of a successful team to meet deadlines. Maintains positive relations with external or internal customers and vendors. Provides excellent warehousing services, while exceeding customer service expectations. Provide support to Warehouse Supervisor on scheduling, employee relations and other duties as assigned.

Key Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Support

Accomplish all warehouse duties and functions in a quality manner with an EPC target of 100% percent accuracy. Load and unload trucks.Process all customer receipts, customer orders, inventory stocking and cycle counts within established standards. Verify for quality then package customer orders for shipment in a manner to reduce damage.

Staff Development

Manage scheduling and work with and back up Warehouse Supervisor with any management duties. Assist in training warehouse staff on all policies, standard operation procedures, and PSAV service expectations. Serve as a mentor for new hires and as-needed labor. Model and reinforce a positive working environment centered on Company values. Maintain a positive employee relations environment for all employees including employee motivation, coaching and counseling.

Facility Maintenance and Safety

Maintain housekeeping of the EPC facility at a superior level. Ensure a safe working atmosphere and practices in warehouse.

Customer Focus

Conduct self with respect in terms of attitude with others and job function. Maintain professional appearance that is suited for the Equipment Processing Center environment.

Work Environment

Warehouse

Work is performed at event venues as well as in a warehouse environment. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by PSAV based in a warehouse environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.When in the Warehouse, work will be completed in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio visual equipment and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
